Limburg Unlimited took place on 28 and 29 March 2018 to help showcase Limburg and its strengths. Far more than just an opportunity to meet and share knowledge, Limburg Unlimited was also about encouraging entrepreneurs, researchers, producers, and talented individuals to base themselves, collaborate, invest, and study in Limburg.

The event’s key topics were:

• Entrepreneurship
• Internationalization

Brightlands pavilion

In the Brightlands pavilion, these topics were linked with the topics of smart services, health, food, and materials  and MiFood presented further information on its ‘healthy food’ concepts.

Brightlands also showed:

• what the latest developments are in terms of ‘imaging’ and what value this might hold for our health
• how you can get the most out of nutrition for your health
• where the opportunities for your organization lie in terms of blockchain and big data
• What future prospects are offered by 3D printing.

Both days featured inspiration sessions on the main podium of Limburg Unlimited, organized by the Brightlands campuses. As part of these sessions, MiFood gave a presentation in the Brightlands arena entitled ‘From healthy food to personalized nutrition’.
