Crisps can be made from beetroot, leeks, tomatoes, peppers, other regional products or a mixture of these ingredients.
How are they made?
They are offered as unfried crisps without additives. For instance, leeks have enough oomph of their own, and taste just like salted crisps.
Popcorn made from fruit and vegetables.
How are they made?
We put a mixture of fruit and vegetables into the blender before drying the wet mixture. We then compress everything to produce popcorn. The product is based on for example oats. Once the drying process is complete, an additional coating of fruit and vegetables is added to the puff to produce a delicious 'pearl' in which 85% of the goodness is retained.
